About the Journal
Interdisciplinary Research in Counseling, Ethics and Philosophy – is an open access, peer-reviewed journal, open to original papers from all interdisciplinary links between ethics, counseling and philosophical practice with other fields.
The journal was registered with ISSN 2783 - 9435 / ISSN – L 2783 – 9435.
The frequency of the journal is: Three regular issues per year, one in March, second in July, and third in November, and the special issue with a special theme (if it is case).
The journal focuses on empirically oriented papers, studies of research, review papers or theoretical contributions. Also, the editorial board promotes interdisciplinary research, relevant to the fields of philosophy, ethics, consultancy, communication, education, economics, organizations, life sciences, spirituality, leadership, management, personal development, ethics environment, ecology, sociology, politics and society.
IRCEP is also committed to promote researchers and practitioners, offering them a dedicated section in the journal. IRCEP takes into consideration only original academic contributions, which were not previously published and not sent for review to other journals.
In the case of articles accepted for publication, the authors concede the copyright to IRCEP, which retains the exclusive right of publishing and dissemination.
The papers published in this journal are indexed in CEEOL database.
Open Access Policy
This is an open access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
Peer Review Process
All submissions to Interdisciplinary Research in Counseling, Ethics and Philosophy are initially verified by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editors Team. At this stage, the manuscripts may be rejected without peer review if the proposed article is considered as not being relevant to the journal objectives and policies, or it does not meet minimum publishing requirements.
This screening process offer a quick decision in maximum 10 working days from submission. The manuscripts accepted after initial process will going in a double-blind review process, make by two independent and anonymous reviewers, chosen according to their expertise in the field of the paper.
Each reviewers will provide a report on the manuscript, based on the IRCEP review form and they can make recommendations to the editor regarding the acceptance or rejection of the paper.
The reviewers’ reports (along with Editor’s own comments, if it is case) will be made available to the author.
The period in which the manuscript can stays under review is maximum 1 month.
After the feedback from these reviewers, a decision is given on the manuscript, which could be: Accepted in the same form, Accepted with minor revision; accepted after revision; paper rejected.
The authors can be make (major/minor) changes to the manuscript according to reviewers’ comments and suggestions and to resubmit the manuscript, for final decision.
The decision will be communicated to the authors, within 5 days from the receipt of the last review form.
At the end of the review process, the editors, based on reviewers’ responses, will take a decision which will be immediately communicated to the author.
The final decision is taken by the Editor, who reserves the right to ask some corrections. Any changes affecting the substance of the text will be made only with the agreement of the author. The final version of the paper as it will appear in the journal is sent to the author for final revision and approval, along with copyright form.
All kinds of submissions, including theoretical and empirical contributions, which are focused on the topics of the journal, are welcomed. Submissions are opened all year long and they will be treated in the order of their submission.
Each submission must be accompanied by a short bio-note of the author(s).

All manuscripts will be verified in preliminary fast assessment process and the review process can be delayed until manuscripts acording to the paper guideline.
There is no submission or publishing fee.
The opinions expressed in IRCEP are those of the authors and contributors, and do not reflect those of the editors, the editorial board or the organization to which the authors are affiliated.
The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
